Lovely rare ancient silver capped repoussee Carnelian Bead. Measurements ca. 35x13mm, weight is ca. 7 gram. This is an ancient carnelian bead that was capped with silver repoussee artwork on both ends. The carnelian is ancient from India, the silver artwork was done probably second half of 20th Ct. Aquired in Nepal and supposted to be high grade sterling silver (exact content is unknown as antique).
